COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Clients, Customers and Partners,

Please accept our sincere wishes for you, your staff and your family’s health and safety during these uncertain times.

In response to COVID-19, Texston has re-structured our resources in order to provide continued customer service including sampling, price quotes, technical direction and product order fulfillment.

Per the Governor’s executive order, critical supply chains are to remain open, including building supplies and construction materials for public, residential and commercial projects. As such, we will continue operating while taking additional safety precautions as recommended by the CDC and the WHO to keep our staff and customers safe, including:

• Sanitizing our facilities throughout the day, including all orders shipped out
• Limiting in-office staff, with appropriate social distance, with remaining staff working remotely and available by email, phone and video conferencing
• Following updated USPS, FedEx, and UPS procedures and protocols to reduce risks

Our showroom and warehouse will remain open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm for local pickups and deliveries by appointment only. Please call 818-227-4812 to schedule.
